Arrangements for late arrival, re-scheduling or cancellation terms and conditions:

If you are running late on the day, please notify us by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp +852 6652 1223 at least 30mins before your scheduled time of appointment. No show will be treated as service cancellation without notice whereby all the service(s) fees so far paid shall be forfeited in full without refund. We suggest you arrive 3 to 8 minutes earlier.

If you would like to change your appointment, at least a 5 days’ notice in advance is required.

Where less than 5 days but more than 3 days’ notice is given, 5% of the original price of the service(s) fee shall be forfeited as an administration fee for appointment reschedule.

Where less than 3 days but more than 1 day’s notice is given, 10% of the original price of the service(s) fee shall be forfeited as an administration fee for appointment reschedule.

Where less than 1 days but more than 6 hours’ notice is given, 30% of the original price of the service(s) fee shall be forfeited as an administration fee for appointment reschedule.

All Sundays and public holidays as defined by the Hong Kong Government shall be excluded from computation of the notice periods as required in the above.
